Returns

You should notify us as soon as possible of any broken or spoiled goods.

You may choose to return the whole order or only affected bottles for a refund.

All refunds and reimbursements will be paid within 30 days of you notifying us of any breakages or spoilage and provided the goods and packaging have been returned to us.

You should ensure you use strong and appropriate packaging when returning the goods to avoid any further breakages.
