Almocadén "Caletero"

A brown coloured "Vinagre de Jerez" with a flicker of red. This vinegar is slightly different to its stable-mates. It has a similar woody aroma but with a hint of caramel sweetness. The flavour reflects the aroma with wood and a slight sweetness.

This sherry vinegar would work well in vinagrette.
