Alvaro Domecq "De Familia" Reserva

This is the younger cousin to the Alvaro Domecq "1730" vinegar, with a minimum of two years ageing in wood. It is much lighter in colour - a tawny brown. The aroma and flavour are cleaner and less complex. Good for clear soups and to add something to sauces and marinades. It works well in a vinagrette.
