Almocadén "Mayordomo Real" Reserva

This vinegar is a "Reserva" and has about 15 years ageing in wood. Light brown, almost golden in colour with a sweet, nutty aroma. It has a woody flavour.

Good for vinagrette and dropping over salad leaves or sliced tomato.
