Vinagres de Yema "Viña Vieja" al PX

Not as old as the Reserva. Made from Pedro Ximenez grapes, this sherry vinegar is dark brown in colour with a sweet nose of treacle and raisins. The 8 degrees of acidity balanced nicely by the sweetness. Good for salad leaves, tomato slices and it makes a sweet vinagrette.
