Páez Morilla "25" Reserva

This dark brown vinegar has about 25 years of age in wood. It has an almost fruity aroma. Similar to a good wine the flavour develops when tasting it, first clean, then sweet and finally woody. This vinegar makes an excellent vinagrette and is good dropped sparingly over a simple salad of tomato slices.
