Páez Morilla Reserva

Bright dark brown liquid with a sweet and complex nose. This "Reserva"  vingar has a minimum of two years ageing in oak barrels. The flavour is definitely woody - think oak barrels. This would do well in stews, casseroles and soups and can be dropped sparingly over cut tomatoes.
