Páez Morilla "Moscatel"

Wine pressed from Moscatel grapes is used to make this vinegar. Very little of this grape is grown around Jerez nowdays, which makes this a rare and unusal vinegar. It has a light tawny colour, woody nose and a clean light flavour with just a suggestion of sweetness.
