Páez Morilla "al PX"

Made with Pedro Ximenez grapes, this vinegar has a deep mahogany colour. There is a hint of sweetness on the nose and it has a sweet woody flavour. It would be good for adding lift and colour to soups, casseroles. It makes a dark and sweet vinagrette.
