Alvaro Domecq "1730" Reserva

This "Reserva" vinegar has about 30 years ageing in wood. Dark brown colour with a very fruity aroma, vanilla or perhaps bananas come to mind. The flavour echos the aroma and is smooth for an 8.5 degree vinegar a result of 30 years ageing in wood.This makes an interesting, fruity, vinagrette.
