Alvaro Domecq
Dating from 1730, and known as Pilar Aranda since 1800, this small bodega started ageing sherry vinegar in the 1950s.
It was bought in 1998 by Alvaro Domecq y Diez, a bull-fighter and scion of the famous sherry family and was renamed "Alvaro Domecq" in 2006. The bodega is now run by his son Alvaro Domecq Romero.
This boutique bodega produces wines and vinegar of extremely high quality.
