Rey Fernando de Castilla
Bodegas Rey Fernando de Castilla was started by the Andrada-Vanderwilde family, which has had vineyards in the Jerez area since the early 19th century.
In 1999 Jan Pettersen bought the company and shortly afterwards acquired the cellars next door and with them exceptional soleras of rare sherries.
To preserve the subtle aromas their vinegars are not blended before bottling and the bottles are made from clear glass so that the colour of the sherry vinegar can be appreciated.
