Páez Morilla

In 1910 Francisco Páez with some friends founded a Wine Society for the purchase and enjoyment of old sherry wines.

In sourcing wines for the society Señor Páez discovered a small quantity of unique, high quality sherry vinegar. Out of this find grew the Páez Morilla sherry vinegar business, which is still run by the Páez family today.
